Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a collaborative school district located in Northern Virginia for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive educational team while making a meaningful impact on students’ communication and academic success.

Position Details

• 2026-2027 School Year
• Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
• On-Site
• K-12 Caseload (assignment based on district needs)
• Virtual interviews available via Zoom

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and student progress monitoring

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Virginia SLP License (or eligibility to obtain)
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
