Requirements
- Dentrix
Experience: Previous experience in a dental office is highly preferred.
Software Skills: Proficiency in Dentrix is a significant plus.
Attributes: Strong multitasking abilities, a positive attitude, and excellent verbal communication skills.
Job Description
Patient Coordination: Greet patients, manage check-ins/check-outs, and maintain a seamless office flow.
Scheduling: Optimize the practice calendar using Dentrix software to ensure efficiency.
Communication: Handle multi-line phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage appointment confirmations.
Administrative Support: Assist with insurance verification, treatment planning presentations, and processing payments.
Benefits
