What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

• Offer companionship, kindness, and emotional support

• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders

• Follow individualized care plans developed by our nursing team

• Monitor and report changes in client conditions promptly

• Maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required)

• High school diploma or GED

• ❤️ Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• ️‍♀️ Ability to work independently and responsibly

• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• ✅ Must pass background check and health screening
