Number of Beds: 2

Patient Ratios: 3 person lab with 4 person call team

Type of equipment: Standard Cath Lab Equipment (Boston, Abbot, Medtronic, Terumo, Abiomed, etc.)

Documentation system: Merge / Meditech

Scheduling requirements: 4 x 10 (0700-1730)

Floating policy: Possible EP Lab

Patient Experience requirements: Minimum 2 years cath lab experience

Hospital Specifics:

Certifications: RN, RCIS / CVRN preferred

Hiring Profile

Requested Skill Set:

Must have: Experienced in circulating cardiac cath / structural cases with working knowledge of cath lab equipment, procedures, and moderate sedation.

Advanced skills needed: Preferred experience with advance skill set of scrubbing (assist) with MD; Preferred previous experience of monitoring cases

Procedures performed on unit: Standard Cardiac Cath and Structural Cases

Certifications Required: RN, BLS, ACLS Preferred: RCIS / CVRN

Dress Code

Navy / Royal Blue / Gray Scrubs

Unit Guidelines/Policies

Call shifts up to 14 per month with the standard 10-12 shifts per month
