Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric medical/surgical patients Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff Maintain accurate electronic health documentation Promote patient safety and quality outcomes Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred) Active Montana RN license (or eligibility) Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or obtain within six months) Strong foundational nursing and IV therapy skills Preferred Medical/Surgical or Pediatric nursing experience New graduates and nurses transitioning specialties are encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits Salary: $90,000-$105,000 annually $20,000 Retention Bonus (external candidates) Relocation assistance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical malpractice coverage Industry-leading nurse-to-patient ratios Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of background, drug, and health screenings.
