Job Description: Actimize CTR Lead

Onsite - Mt Laurel, NJ - no flexibility with remote

Must Have's:
1. Strong hands-on experience with NICE Actimize (AIS and RCM)


2. Proven experience in CTR implementation using Actimize

3. Solid understanding of AML, transaction monitoring, and regulatory compliance

Lead design, development, and implementation of solutions on the NICE Actimize platform
Drive CTR implementation and regulatory reporting using Actimize
Provide hands-on expertise across AIS (Anti-Money Laundering / Suspicious Activity Monitoring) and RCM
Collaborate closely with business, compliance, and technology teams on requirements and solution design
Lead or support production support, enhancements, and regulatory-driven changes
Act as a technical lead and mentor for Actimize development teams
Engage with stakeholders in an onsite, in-office setting


Experience leading technical teams or acting as a module/stream lead
Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite with stakeholders

Preferred
Prior experience working in large banking or financial services environments
Exposure to SAR/CTR, regulatory reporting, or North American compliance programs
