Arrow Acquisitions is hiring a Welder I to join our production team in Lenexa, KS . If you know your way around a MIG welder and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want you on our team building the forks and buckets that keep skid steers running strong. Welder I — Lenexa, KS Arrow Acquisitions, LLC | Full-Time The Details Location: Lenexa, KS Experience: 0–5 years What You'll Do MIG weld (GMAW) sub-assemblies and finished products in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions Build Forks and Buckets for skid steers Perform on-line testing, inspection, and welding quality checks Read and work from prints Polish and prepare metal units for the next stage of production Follow all safety and hazardous material procedures, using PPE as required Keep your workstation clean, organized, and running efficiently Maintain accurate production and quality records What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 0–5 years of welding experience Welding Certification required Ability to read prints Comfortable following written and verbal instructions and posted procedures Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and work independently Why Arrow Acquisitions?
