StructureCare is a premier engineering and restoration company working to protect infrastructure investments throughout the United States. We believe in a strong connection between the engineering and implementation of a solution. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.3 or more years in Sales/Business DevelopmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTechnical aptitude and strong problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of the construction or commercial real estate industry (preferred)Willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced work environmentDriver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record requiredIn this role you will be responsible for:Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan, including proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business to achieve revenue targetsActing as the single point of contact for all long-term customer relationshipsMonitoring and managing financial performance of all accounts within the assigned territoryAccountability for client deliverablesCommunicating technical information and probable costs to key decision makersDeveloping and presenting maintenance and repair solutions to clients based on budgetary allowances and inspection reportsProject set upDeveloping proposalsEngaging in collaborative problem solving and decision makingAll relationship-driven professionals with strong business acumen are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity with a growing company.
