Responsibilities Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience while consistently achieving individual sales goals Build and maintain long-term client relationships through thoughtful and strategic clienteling Utilize CRM tools to drive repeat business and strengthen client loyalty Host private appointments and support boutique events to create memorable customer experiences Act as a sophisticated brand ambassador with deep product knowledge and storytelling ability Support daily boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and after-sales service Partner closely with leadership and team members to maintain exceptional operational and service standards Requirements 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, fashion, or other high-touch client service environments Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Comfortable working with CRM and POS systems; highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy Passion for luxury products, craftsmanship, and elevated customer experiences Professional demeanor, discretion, and polished personal presentation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment while delivering white-glove service Qualifications Experience within fine jewelry, luxury fashion, watches, or premium hospitality environments strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to cultivate repeat and referral business Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and boutique priorities Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
