Northstar Energy Solutions Receptionist NorthStar Energy Solutions is hiring! The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for NorthStar Energy Solutions, creating a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, clients, vendors, and employees. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, answering and directing incoming communications, handling deliveries, coordinating office activities, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations. What You'll Do: Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and employees; maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office procedures. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, FedEx, UPS, and other deliveries; notify recipients promptly of package arrivals. Maintain an organized and professional reception area and conference rooms. Monitor and maintain office supply inventories; place orders and coordinate office service requests as necessary. Assist employees with administrative requests and provide general office support. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative support, or office experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
