The Breezy Fresh Cleaning Co. is a small, growing business of about 10 employees. As our Field Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of our cleaning teams across Weber, Cache, and Box Elder counties. You'll be responsible for scheduling, recruiting, training, quality assurance, customer communication, and helping our team perform at a high level.

This is a hands-on position. While your primary responsibility is leading the operation, you'll occasionally step into the field to support the team when needed.

Requirements

• Management experience in a cleaning company or 3–5 years managing teams in a service-based business

• Experience with scheduling, recruiting, training, and employee performance management

• Strong organization, communication, and decision-making skills

• Comfortable holding people accountable while building a positive team culture

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between service areas

• Physically able to perform cleaning work when necessary
