Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing care standards. Key Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medication administration. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs. Develops and executes individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members, adhering to established guidelines. Evaluates patient responses and adjusts care plans as needed throughout their stay. Participates in activities enhancing patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development. Qualifications & Skills Educational requirement: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Licensure: Must hold an active RN license. Experience: No prior experience required; two years of experience preferred for advanced roles. Skills: Compassionate care, critical assessment, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to safety.
