RN/LPN Unit Manager

Nursing is what we do! Hanover Health & Rehabilitation Center in Mechanicsville is seeking an RN or LPN Unit Coordinator. The Unit Coordinator will oversee clinical operations of a 120 bed unit in our rehab center.

The Unit Coordinator is responsible for staff supervision of LPNs and CNAs, as well as interfacing with physicians, QI reporting and follow-up, and providing clinical expertise to staff as needed. We offer a supportive work environment with a stable nursing and administrative team.

Education (Minimum Required) High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED: RN/LPN license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice.

Experience and/or Pre-requisites

Minimum three to five years of experience as an LPN or RN, preferably in long term care.

Skills and Abilities: Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long term care.
