Southland Employment Services is seeking an On-Site Coordinator to coordinate staff and personnel at the client site in Columbus, OH. Shift is Monday–Friday. Pay is $19 per hour with weekly pay. Responsibilities include attendance tracking, backfilling, recruiting staff, ensuring safety rules, daily communication with the corporate office, and delivering excellent service to clients and employees.
