About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support metal stamping manufacturing of automotive and aircraft parts. This position focuses on performing packing functions including order picking, filling, packing, shipping, and conducting quality checks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mark and label containers, tags, or products to ensure proper identification.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials accurately.
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to verify packing specifications are met.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on designated forms.
• Remove completed or defective products and materials from the production line.
• Seal containers using glues, fasteners, and hand tools to secure contents.
• Load materials and products into packaging equipment.
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools.
• Maintain clean work areas and supply containers as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Dependability and reliability.
• Ability to read basic directions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift objects weighing 10-50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to occasionally sit, climb, or balance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with machine operation.
• Quality control and assurance experience.
• Assembly line experience.
• General warehouse experience.

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Hand tools for sealing, assembling, and padding containers.
• Basic computer systems for recording information.
• Package processing equipment.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs.
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Occasionally sit, climb, or balance during shift.
