AO Globe Life is hiring Client Relationship Associates to connect with prospective clients and provide education around life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads

• Schedule virtual meetings and follow up consistently

• Complete customer-focused needs reviews

• Educate clients about insurance options and benefits

• Recommend appropriate products and services

• Provide a professional, supportive experience from first conversation through follow-up

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
