Trainee position Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with alternating Saturdays, 8a.m. – 12p.m. Job Description: Are you looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company? This rotational training program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of our products, operations, customers, and company culture. You'll gain valuable experience from the ground up while developing the skills needed to succeed in a variety of career opportunities within Irr Supply. Each trainee follows an individualized training plan focused on building the knowledge and competencies needed for long‑term success. Throughout the program, you'll work alongside experienced team members, learn every aspect of the business, and demonstrate your potential for future growth and advancement.
