is growing, and our Quick Lane team is expanding to keep up with high customer demand. We’re now hiring motivated, customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisors who are ready for great pay, full benefits, and a long-term career path in a fast-moving service environment.

This is a front-line position where you'll welcome guests, assess vehicle needs, and serve as the link between customer and technician. Our Quick Lane operates with high volume , team support , and no appointment needed , which means you’ll stay busy, earn consistently, and build lasting customer relationships.

• $6,000 – $9,000/month (Commission + Bonuses and Spiffs)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist Quick Lane customers upon arrival
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and services
• Prioritize service needs based on urgency, safety, and manufacturer guidelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and service history
• Schedule service and help manage shop flow

Qualifications:

• Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate to succeed!
• Previous work history as a Warranty / Insurance Adjuster or Automotive Technician / Mechanic translates well in this position
• Previous Service, Sales/Retail, or Parts Department experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine setting is a HUGE PLUS!
• Previous customer service experience is a plus!
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
• CDK experience a plus!
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Good work ethic and computer skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
