The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the game, demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, and serve as a positive role model for student‑athletes. The JV Coach will emphasize skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and preparation for advancement within the overall field hockey program. Qualifications Previous experience playing field hockey is required. Prior coaching experience is preferred. Ability to effectively teach basic skills and strategies. Ability to increase the players' love of the game. Ability to work collaboratively with the head coach, athletic department, players, and families. Responsibilities Be available for the full practice and game schedule throughout the season. Promote the academic, athletic, and personal growth of student‑athletes.
