This person will be very active on the phone with customers and also working within the ERP system to properly update orders and customer documentation. This is a high volume role that requires the person in it to be able to multitask and perform different functions at different times and whenever needed, as well as working as part of a team. Job Requirements 2+ years customer service experience Experience in manufacturing industry preferred Strong computer skills needed (Excel, ERP, Microsoft Outlook, Office) Experience talking with customers on the phone
