Assists in plan test runs and develops projects to address opportunities.• Supports collaboration with operations, engineering and maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges. Develops relationships with console and field operators.• Participates in hazard evaluations, incident investigations, and management of change. Participates in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).• Supports turnaround/outage execution. May review turnaround planning, including scope development and post-event evaluations.• Maintains and updates process documentation.
