About the Role
The Company is seeking a President of Operations to lead the strategic and operational growth of its self-storage platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the platform to achieve top-decile performance in occupancy, revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This role requires a leader with a strong background in self-storage operations, capable of designing and implementing the necessary infrastructure to support the company's growth and integration of acquisitions.
