Our small cafe, nestled in the heart of Hudson, MA, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. We specialize in serving breakfast, lunch, delectable crepes, and specialty lattes, and we’re seeking someone who shares our love for great food, drinks, and warm hospitality.

As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our cafe, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and maybe a latte in hand!). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Crafting high-quality coffee and specialty lattes with precision and care. - Preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and crepes to our customers. - Providing friendly and efficient customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe, including the coffee bar and dining area. - Assisting with restocking and inventory management as needed.

We’re seeking someone who can bring both skill and enthusiasm to the role. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: - At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar food service role. - A strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and a passion for specialty drinks. - Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed to keep the cafe running smoothly.
