This engineer will lead the design, testing, and deployment of electrical power and instrumentation systems that support new processing technologies. The role requires a hands‑on builder who can turn rough requirements into fully engineered solutions, demonstrate electrical systems with rigorous calculations and testing, and help accelerate the deployment of infrastructure that enables sustainable critical metals production. Salary Range: $120,000- $160,000/year Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, testing, and lifecycle validation of electrical power components used in critical metals processing systems Develop electrical architectures and calculations to demonstrate and validate new electrical apparatus and system solutions Design and implement instrumentation and electrical measurement systems to support process development and system validation Create strategic engineering plans to design, build, test, and prove new electrical systems and infrastructure Translate early‑stage concepts and rough requirements into complete electrical engineering projects and system designs Lead hands‑on electrical system builds, commissioning, and troubleshooting during equipment development and deployment Produce electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and documentation to support fabrication, installation, and operation Coach and support early‑career engineers in electrical design, testing, and practical engineering execution Qualifications: 7+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial systems, power systems, or process equipment environments Strong experience with electrical power systems, system sizing, and engineering calculations Hands‑on experience designing, building, and testing electrical equipment and control systems Experience working with industrial instrumentation and measurement devices Proficiency in electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system documentation Ability to translate high‑level technical needs into structured engineering designs and implementation plans Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field We offer a competitive compensation package that is based on expertise.
