The Position : The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) leads clinical strategy, provider oversight, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and HRSA regulations. Requirements: Active Florida Medical License BE/BC Lead and oversee all medical providers (physicians, NPs, PAs) Strong leadership and team management skills Familiarity with electronic health records and medical documentation. Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those from low-income or underserved communities, is highly preferred. Establish and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and best practices Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention Oversee credentialing, privileging, and peer review processes Responsibilities: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm) Ensure compliance with HRSA, federal, and state healthcare regulations Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes Collaborate with COO/CEO on strategic planning and service expansion No Late Nights No Weekends No Call
