Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry assignment. The RN will provide comprehensive care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions, including patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Responsibilities include performing thorough patient assessments, administering and documenting medications and IV therapies, providing wound care, coordinating individualized care plans with the multidisciplinary team, educating patients and families on treatment and discharge instructions, and promptly recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition or signs of deterioration.

Qualifications and Requirements:
2 years MS and Tele experience 
Will be required to be in a float pool

Shift Notes:

12 hr Nights - 36 hrs guaranteed - Required to float units
