Dispatcher Part-Time Details:

• Temporary position
• $18.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 03:30pm )

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily transportation schedulesMonitor shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, and delivery updatesTrack loads and update dispatch and transportation systems
• Resolve scheduling issues and service interruptions in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records, logs, and reports
• Communicate with internal teams and customers as neededEnsure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations

Dispatcher Part-Time Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch/logistics software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of transportation and freight operations is a plus.
