The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holt that are seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks. Key Responsibilities

• Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy.
• Prepare and package finished goods for outbound shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials within the warehouse.
• Maintain organized inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and shipping supplies.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow and shipment schedules.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in operating forklifts and pallet jacks with valid certification
• Demonstrated ability to use inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with the role
