Our outpatient office serves as a hub for our therapists, providing resources and professional support. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs, utilizing evidence-based evaluation tools to develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Collaborate effectively with clients to implement and evaluate therapeutic interventions, ensuring that treatment goals are achieved in a timely manner.

  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that foster a therapeutic alliance, employing a range of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

  • Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly within 24 to 48 hours of each session, in compliance with organizational standards.

  • Engage with external healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate a holistic approach to care for each patient.

  • Continuously expand your own clinical skills and knowledge through professional development, attending workshops and staying informed about the latest mental health trends.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

  • An active and valid professional license in California (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) is essential.

  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing mental health services, particularly in a private practice or outpatient setting.

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing a defined caseload effectively and efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
