General Manager I - Distribution

Implementation General ManagerDHL Supply Chain is looking to hire an Implementation General Manager to lead new start-up operations within our Technology sector. This role will provide strategic and operational leadership throughout the implementation and launch of new business opportunities, ensuring successful execution from initial start-up through transition into a fully operational environment. Candidates must have General Manager-level experience or Senior Operations Manager experience with full P&L ownership. Start-up implementation experience is highly preferred, with proven success launching new operations, establishing processes, stabilizing performance, and supporting customer implementations. Strong customer-facing experience is required, including the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively with customers, manage expectations, and serve as a trusted operational partner throughout implementation and ongoing operations.Candidates must have experience leading complex operations, developing teams, and building a strong site culture. Tier 1 Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is required. This position requires a highly adaptable leader who can manage complex implementations, influence cross-functional teams, collaborate directly with customers, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
