Senior Analyst, Commerce Media

Overview We are hiring a Senior Analyst to lead digital media activation across Amazon, Walmart, and other retail media networks. The role focuses on campaign management, performance optimization, and client engagement. Responsibilities Set up, document, QA, report on, and reconcile digital media campaigns across platforms and direct buyers. Identify and implement optimizations, create client decks, and represent the agency in client meetings. Provide guidance, training, and direct management of Analysts. Find troubleshooting solutions with publishers and platforms. Collaborate with the Omni/Shopper team to report results, deepen vendor relationships, and maintain quality control procedures. Develop and execute program strategies, including keyword recommendation, day‑parting, and scheduling. Lead retailer and vendor RFPs with a focus on audience targeting and best practices. Oversee performance forecasts, budget allocations, and provide data‑based rationale for recommendations. Support career development for Analysts and share insights across the agency. Stay current on industry trends and communicate key highlights to the broader team. Handle ad‑hoc reporting requests as they arise. Qualifications Strong experience managing search and display campaigns across major retailers and retail media networks is required. Candidates should have a proven record of campaign set‑up, optimization, and client communication, with a deep understanding of data and targeting strategies. Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Kroger, Target, and other national buyers is highly desirable.
