Executive Team Leader Human Resources (Assistant Manager HR)- Easton, MD

All About Human Resources The Executive Team Leader HR drives human resources strategies, supports sales leaders, and fosters a service culture that prioritizes guest experience. Role Overview The Executive Team Leader HR spends most of the time on the sales floor, consulting with peers and leaders to propel the business forward. The role requires coaching, change management, and team building with a focus on inclusion and performance. Responsibilities Lead and create a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience, modeling, training, and coaching expectations. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development and bias management. Drive sales growth and understand the impact of your team on store profitability. Plan, lead, and follow up on organizational and operational change. Anticipate and identify store trend changes and leverage guest insights to drive business. Build teams committed to continuous learning through observation and reinforcement of guest‑service and sales behaviors. Engage store leaders in scheduling that balances guest and team needs. Guide leaders in hiring, onboarding, and developing talent with the right skills. Develop and coach a team of HR experts and leaders to solve problems and remove roadblocks. Manage operational and cyclical programs related to culture, pay, rewards, and benefits. Establish clear performance expectations and accountability. Support leadership with safety, compliance, and ethical conduct. Address store needs such as emergency and regulatory visits. Perform additional duties as required by business needs. Qualifications & What We Are Looking For We look for leaders who thrive in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment and who enjoy building high‑performing teams. 4‑year degree or equivalent experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and business acumen. Ability to manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and prioritizing tasks independently.
