Registered Nurse – Infusion Leesburg, VA Pay From: $40 per hour Qualifications One year of nursing experience (preferably in outpatient) Strong IV skills Experience accessing ports is preferred Strong knowledge of chemotherapy drugs is a plus Registered Nurse Licensure to work in the state of Virginia Organized with a strong attention to detail Extremely compassionate Reliable with a great attitude Strong clinical experience and confidence Duties Preparing patients for chemotherapy Reviewing expectations with the patient and their families Monitoring patients for adverse reactions Scheduling patients for follow up appointments Administering pre-medications for patients Chemotherapy infusion Basic familiarity of proper medication dosing and use Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
