Full Stack Software Engineer

Bytoa is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to focus on technical solutions that deliver immediate operational impact.

You will operate in a highly collaborative capacity across multiple product teams to design and implement mission-critical systems. As part of a small team, you will work to establish end-to-end prototypes, develop requirements, and contribute to existing and new systems to improve infrastructure cognizance.

This will include working directly with mission stakeholders to rapidly iterate on requirements, with the goal of delivering deployable solutions and necessary scripting support quickly.

Salary range: $200,000-$270,000

Responsibilities:

• Understand the customers’ mission, collaborate with team members, gather user requirements, and quickly develop solutions.
• Independently drive feature development taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle.
• Integrate with, and contribute to, a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks.
• Design and create reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows.
• Develop cutting-edge solutions for data visualizations, task automation, and workflow enhancements.

Skills Requirements:

• Technology flexibility, demonstrated by experience developing across the stack (UI/UX, middleware/API, back-end, and DevOps), and a willingness to use any necessary technology to achieve the solution.
• Experience developing with at least one UI framework (React, Vue, Angular).
• Experience writing scripts and services in Python.
• RESTful web application experience using both Spring Boot and Python.
• Familiarity with Relational Databases (Postgres, SQLite, etc.).
• Familiarity with GitLab (CI/CD).

Nice to Haves:

• Prior CNO experience.
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience Requirement:

12 yrs. with a B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.

Clearance Requirement:

Active TS/SCI with a polygraph
