Revenue Support Coordinator
The Revenue Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the firm's revenue, billing, collections, and accruals functions. This role monitors revenue-related mailboxes, responds to inquiries from attorneys, clients, billers, and administrative staff, and helps ensure invoices, proformas, supporting documentation, and billing communications are handled accurately and timely. The position serves as a key point of coordination between billing professionals, attorneys, clients, collections, accruals, and other internal departments.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring multiple revenue mailboxes and responding in a timely fashion:
- Assisting billers with the production or distribution of invoices/proformas
- Identifying appropriate recipient (billing coordinator or other departments); forwarding when appropriate
- Providing clients and attorneys with invoice copies
- Gathering client required auxiliary documentation from various data sources
- Responding to information requests from lawyers, clients, and administrative staff related to revenue items
- Performing edits and transfers indicated on proformas
- Assisting with e-billing functions as needed
- May have billing responsibilities which will include all aspects of billing for an assigned billing responsible lawyer or group of lawyers
- Working collaboratively with the Collections team to track and manage AR balances for an assigned billing responsible lawyer
- Updating collection notes for individual client invoices
- Providing BRL/client with monthly AR reports and invoice copies
- Recording tasks on an external spreadsheet for upper management report
- Working with the Accruals team to provide monthly unbilled totals to BRLs and clients
- Proactively making recommendations on internal process improvements to maximize productivity and workflow in all aspects of the billing functions
- Assisting with training of new team members
- Assisting with other related duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications include:
- Associates degree or higher in accounting, finance, or business
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- High degree of confidence, professional maturity, and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, multi-office environment
- Exemplary customer service
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and billing software
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and be flexible
- Analytical skills, strong critical thinking, and ability to spot problem areas and propose solutions
- Self-directed with a strong work ethic; capable of working independently with limited supervision
- Ability to occasionally work outside of established business hours and adjust personal schedule to meet deadlines

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below and represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.

- New York: $75,800 - $109,950
- San Francisco: $79,100 - $114,700
