Project Executive – Commercial Construction

Location: Sussex County, DE

A well-established commercial GC with more than 100 years in business is seeking an experienced Project Executive to support significant growth throughout Delaware.

The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare and/or senior living construction experience and a background leading multiple projects and project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive oversight across multiple commercial projects
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and overall project performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners
  • Partner with preconstruction and operations from early planning through closeout
  • Support business development and repeat-client relationships

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience
  • GC/CM background required
  • Healthcare and/or senior living experience strongly preferred
  • Experience leading large, complex projects and multiple project teams
  • Strong client-facing and leadership skills xhyhwjd
