Job Summary Oldcastle Infrastructure (OI), as part of CRH’s Infrastructure Products Group (IPG), is a global manufacturing leader of utility infrastructure products. The new CRM / ERP system implementation will require significant change for the organization. Design Leads will understand the changes, business impacts, becoming experts in the new system, process, and roles. As part of the project team, Design Leads will ensure new end users are set up for long-term success by driving system testing, supporting readiness assessments and building end user training. Job Location This is a remote position that can be located in any state in the US. Job Responsibilities Assist the ERP team in gathering business requirements and current state challenges Develop thorough understanding of future state system design, understanding business implications and interdependencies Participate in workshops and provide input based on expertise and experience Complete system validation testing Thoroughly test system setup/configuration Support the development of testing scripts based on business process Support the development of training materials Become an expert in end-to-end system design and processes Be a visible advocate for organizational change & sustainability Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or other related field 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or other relevant business preferred Strong written and oral communication skills Humility to learn a new business, while applying relevant experience Ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams while accepting ownership Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP or part of another ERP implementation team Process improvement knowledge gained while working in an organization undergoing a significant operational culture shift Travel: 50% Salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 and is eligible for performance based bonus opportunities.
