Nurse RN/LPN - Part-Time-Night Shift

You will work alongside CNAs and collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure clinical best practices are followed. Excellent staffing ratios: 5:1 CNA to client ratio, 12:1 Nursing ratio Opportunity to support and teach CNAs while maintaining your clinical skills DUTIES: Provide direct nursing care during assigned night shift. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders. Complete accurate documentation and MAR entries. Monitor and assess client conditions. Support CNAs during care as needed. Ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices. Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive overnight environment. Participate in hands‑on teaching and guidance for CNAs and nurses as needed.
