Summary
The Beauty Advisor provides customer service and product expertise while building sales and lasting client relationships. This in-store role focuses on Cellcosmet products, personalized consultations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
- Build customer relationships and maintain client profiles using online clienteling tools.
- Provide product consultations and application, close sales, and follow up with customers.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter and collaborate with team members and account executives.
Requirements
- At least one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated sales success and ability to exceed quotas.
- Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
