$19 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery, including loaders, with precision and a focus on safety to ensure efficient project completion.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment to maintain optimal performance and identify potential issues before they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute construction tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, fostering a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to provide updates and address any operational challenges.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment, contributing to the longevity and reliability of our machinery.
• Document and report equipment usage and any incidents, ensuring transparency and accountability in operations.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required:

• Pass a drug screen and a background check

• Must have Crusher experience

• 2 years of experience

Physical Requirements:

• Vision: Adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, give directions, and engage in other business interactions

• Hearing: Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals

• Speaking: Able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying sizes with or without amplification

• Equipment Operation: Able to operate a wide range of tools

• Carrying: Able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg

• Lifting: able to lift up to 30lbs/14kg

• Squatting/Kneeling: able to squat or kneel

• Standing: able to stand for extended periods of time, delivering information

• Walking: Able to walk through the shop and other outside elements
