MEDICAL SALES POSITION FOR COLUMBUS, OHIO AND SURROUNDING AREA - DAILY TRAVEL

Medical Device company seeking road warriors to conduct Diabetic Shoe Clinics for nursing home & A.L. residents. Successful candidates will use a consultative sales approach to develop relationships while opening new territory. Primary contacts will be healthcare professionals in long term care facilities; therapy and/ or nursing. Our company is growing and we are hiring!

This is a salary position which realistically can generate a six figure income for the most successful candidates . A tiered bonus program is included. All training will be provided.

The position will require extensive marketing in order to maximize territory potential. Management will assist in marketing and will train on all aspects on ensure growth in your territory, We want to see our Reps succeed!
1.Work from your home - The Rep (Clinician) will be assigned a territory which will encompass a given number of counties that surround them geographically. Daily travel is expected; no overnight stays.
2.Multiple Product Vendors - Because we recognize that not one company offers a complete line of therapeutic shoes, we have researched each one of them and have chosen to represent only those whose shoes are best suited to the fragile geriatric population.
3.Consultative Sales Approach - NO HARD SELLING! All product placement must be supported by medical necessity and a physician's order which means the sales approach is consultative, clinical and personal. You are the expert. This is a hands-on position and the clinician will be conducting evaluations of diabetic feet.
4.No price negotiating- Product prices are set by insurance guidelines and the products are paid for by insurance. A working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Third-Party Insurance is a plus!
5.No income cap - The more productive you are- the more you make!
6.Flexible Scheduling - Set your own schedule and work your territory in a way that fits your lifestyle and earnings expectations. We do require our Reps to meet or exceed projected sales goals. We want you to succeed and leave the details up to you. Organization and efficient time management is a must for the candidate to be successful. FULL TIME COMMITMENT REQUIRED TO MAXIMIZE TERRITORY GROWTH.

Requirements:

Licensed in the state of OHIO

Highly motivated, self-starter

Able to work independently

Credentials/Licensed only

RN or LPN

C-Ped
