Responsibilities Provide a range of beauty services including haircuts, coloring, and styling. Perform skin treatments, makeup applications, and nail services. Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. Promote salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements Valid cosmetology license in the state of Wisconsin. Proven experience in a salon or spa setting. Strong knowledge of hair, skin, and nail care techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Team player with a positive and professional demeanor. Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to client satisfaction. Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and products.
