Senior Business Analyst - Field Execution

Responsibilities Own and execute the end-to-end inspection cadence—weekly, monthly, quarterly—delivering consistent reporting on progress, gaps, and performance trends. Own and drive development of business scorecards and reporting frameworks across key growth metrics. Analyze performance to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring timely visibility to leadership. Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, drive alignment to business priorities, and improve metric clarity and usability. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence leader behavior and business outcomes. Design and manage accountability systems that track progress against field priorities. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability of reporting processes and outputs. Manage progress tracking, action items, and accountability systems tied to execution priorities. Support ongoing enhancement of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics capabilities. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and executive‑level reporting. Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI). Strong organization and communication skills. Experience with SQL and/or Python for data queries and analysis (preferred).
