We're seeking a proven service professional who understands the dealership service process, knows how to build customer relationships, can confidently recommend needed repairs and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you have dealership Service Advisor experience and are ready for strong earning potential, a supportive team and long-term career growth , this could be the opportunity for you. $5,000–$8,500+ Monthly Earning Potential Performance-based compensation Medical, dental, vision and life insurance Paid time off and holidays Employee vehicle and service discounts Supportive, team-oriented environment Long-term growth with a family-owned dealership group What You'll Do Greet customers and provide a professional service experience Conduct vehicle walkarounds and document customer concerns Write accurate and detailed repair orders Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs Clearly explain repair recommendations, pricing and timelines Coordinate closely with technicians and the service department Monitor repair progress and provide customers with timely updates Identify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach Manage appointments, repair orders and customer follow-up Review completed repairs with customers and assist with vehicle delivery Maintain strong customer satisfaction and productivity standards What We're Looking For Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience required Dealership service experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair Proven ability to recommend and sell automotive services Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable using computers, CRM systems and dealership software Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a high-volume environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, motivated and team-oriented Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running — a Service Advisor who already understands repair orders, technician workflow, customer follow-up, maintenance recommendations and the importance of CSI.
