With 14 locations across the tri-state area, we have built our business around a simple philosophy: take care of our customers and take care of our people.We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives.What You'll DoAs a Customer Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers and help guide them from their first inquiry through the purchase of their next vehicle.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting customers and providing a friendly, no-pressure experienceCommunicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in personHelping customers through the application and qualification processExplaining the requirements and steps to purchase a vehicle from RegalHelping customers select a vehicle that fits their needsResponding to online leads and customer inquiriesScheduling customer appointmentsFollowing up with prospective customersMaintaining your customer database in our company CRMCompleting customer paperwork accurately and efficientlyWorking with your teammates to provide an excellent customer experience from start to finishWhat We're Looking ForPrevious automotive sales experience is NOT required.We're looking for people who:Enjoy talking with and helping peopleHave strong communication skillsAre dependable and organizedAre comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and face-to-faceCan manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-upHave a positive, team-oriented attitudeAre willing to learn and grow with the companyHave a valid state-issued driver's license and a good driving recordAre available to work a 40-hour workweekWhy Work at Regal?We believe in developing our people and providing opportunities to grow within the company.
