Pepsi Bottling Venturesis seeking a Sales Intern to join our team in Wilmington NC.

We make sell and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages. We do business in five states and sell PepsiCo beverages to most of the market in our geographic regions. We also develop our own line of beverages producing and distributing a growing product line nationally.

Sales Intern Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Intern and dive into the fast-paced world of the Food Service Industry. This role is a key part of our team where youll take on daily responsibilities ranging from account management and delivery to cold calling and developing new business strategies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist with merchandising order processing and stocking shelves.
• Support sales efforts and manage a small territory.
• Shadow and work alongside team members.
• Assist with creating sales presentations deal models and analytics.
• Support team projects such as promotional initiatives.
• Gain exposure to multiple departments including Delivery and BES to understand end-to-end operations.
• Participate in blitz activities with the sales team.

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and self-motivated.
• Must enjoy talking with people in small and large settings.
• Enjoys physical labor with the ability to safely lift 40lb boxes.
• Experience in Microsoft Office such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proficiency in Canva Social Media Platforms or AI a plus.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation to support daily local travel to customer locations and company events.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting hourly pay for this position is set based on location confirmed job-related skills experience and education. Your recruiter will share more about the specific pay range for this position during the interview process.
