Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Part Time in Lincoln, NH Bonus based on performance Compensation $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Role Description This position is part‑time initially (20‑30 hours per week) but can become full‑time with opportunities for advancement as the successful candidate takes on additional responsibilities. As a Customer Service Representative with Lynne Warren – State Farm Agent, your role will help create exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. In this role you will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, supporting other agency team members, and meeting the needs of the community members you support. Our team works hard, but we have fun too. Responsibility Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Use excellent verbal and written communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. Qualifications Dedicated to customer service. Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs. Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members. Proactive in problem‑solving. Must either currently have or be able to obtain an NH state insurance license (P&C Producer). Benefits Growth potential / opportunity for advancement.
