Store Manager (Banter by Piercing Pagoda) We are looking for dynamic, driven and creative individuals to join our team as a Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. The role focuses on achieving sales and profit projections, creating a customer‑satisfying environment, training staff, recruiting staff and managing the P&L. Responsibilities Maintain daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections. Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction. Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation. Recruit and select team members. Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L. Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures. Perform other operational and strategic duties. Qualifications At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram and schedule form.
