Continuous Improvement Supervisor

Basic Function The Continuous Improvement/ Process Engineer is responsible for driving operational excellence within the warehouse by analyzing, designing, and improving processes within the warehouse environment. This role will support cross-functional processes across Planning, Customer Service, and other business functions to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in process engineering and project management, with the ability to lead both continuous improvement and transformational initiatives that deliver measurable business impact. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Analyze, design, and improve warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and material handling Identify inefficiencies, roadblocks, and waste using data analysis, process mapping, and time studies Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis (RCA), and structured problem-solving sessions Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, safety, and cost to measure process performance and improvement outcomes Partner with warehouse leadership to implement standardized work processes and sustain improvements Train and coach employees on Lean principles, tools, and continuous improvement methodologies Conduct time studies and value stream mapping to identify waste and bottlenecks Support implementation of new systems, automation, or process changes within the facility Monitor and report on project progress, savings, and operational impact Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies during all improvement initiatives Lead and manage large-scale, strategic initiatives projects and continuous improvement projects Own and manage the project pipeline to include intake, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives and execution planning Apply structured project management methodologies to drive execution, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment Support and lead change management efforts, ensuring successful adoption and sustainment of new processes Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Customer Service, and Operations teams to improve end-to-end processes and customer experience Expand process improvement efforts beyond operations into broader business functions Provide structure, governance, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects #J-18808-Ljbffr Dayco
