Location: Midland, TX 79703
Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour | Up to $20.00 per hour for well-qualified candidates
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Openwork is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a growing distribution company in Midland, TX. We're looking for someone with hands-on warehouse experience who is dependable, hardworking, and ready to become part of a team-focused operation.

This position is ideal for someone with years of warehouse experience who enjoys staying active, keeping materials organized, and helping daily operations run smoothly.

Schedule Requirement: Candidates must be willing to transition to 2nd Shift upon permanent hire .

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming materials
• Stage and move products throughout the warehouse
• Assist with general material handling
• Maintain warehouse and yard cleanliness
• Keep work areas organized and safe
• Assist with additional warehouse responsibilities as needed
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements

• 1+ year of warehouse, picking/packing, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience required
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Willingness to learn and support different areas of the operation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be willing to transition to 2nd Shift if hired permanently

Employees should maintain a clean and professional appearance since customers may occasionally enter the warehouse.
